Inside the Mind of the Client

Kent Zimmermann, Partner, Zeughauser Group will give a talk titled “Inside the Mind of the Client” at the annual meeting of the International Alliance of Law Firms.  In the session, he will explore common lessons learned in client service interviews and quantitative summaries of evolving client views and preferences, based on surveys conducted by the Association of Corporate Counsel, Inside Counsel, and Corporate Counsel.   

The International Alliance of Law Firms has 60 Member firms in 43 countries.   The title of this year’s annual meeting is “Bringing the World to Our Clients.” The meeting will be held May 25-28 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.  More information is available at http://www.ialawfirms.co.uk/.
