Associate Compensation: Merit-Based Alternatives to Lockstep Advancement

The Center for Competitive Management will present an audio conference on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM Eastern time on law associate compensation.  Some major firms are retooling their associate compensation models with merit-based plans.  A panel of experts will explore the challenges and triumphs of these new merit-based compensation alternatives. They’ll also arm you with real-life tips for making the necessary changes and administering these new compensation systems.

The conference will be presented by Mary K Young and Kent Zimmermann, Partners, Zeughauser Group, and by Terri Mottershead, Director of Professional Development at DLA Piper US LLP.
